About Deposit & Cancelation:

Non-refundable deposit required for all online bookings. Please let us know if you may have any other enquires. A late arrival fee of $20 will be incurred for arrivals later than 15 minutes. Reservations will be cancelled for arrivals later than 30 minutes.  (deposits will not be refunded)

洗护服务预约需要支付$20的订金,否则预约失败哦。预约成功后会有自动的邮件提醒,包括了地址以及预约的详细情况。

 

按时到达的客人在当天付款的时候,订金会从洗护的总价里减出,不计在总金额内。如果预约当天迟到15分钟以上,订金会直接扣除;迟到30分钟以上预约会直接取消,订金也会扣除,不退不换。由于预约较多,如果上一个预约推迟,接下来的预约都会被往后延误,所以希望大家配合理解哦

 

若需要更改预约,距预约时间24小时以上的可直接点击确认邮件里的预约时间(会有蓝色的下划线提示),可以自动跳转到更改时间的界面,您可自行操作。订金会自动挪到下次,不会重复收钱。

若距离预约时间不满24小时,只能麻烦您重新进行预约,上次付的订金会直接扣除,不退不换。

 

预约陪同服务猫咪仅开放周三,狗狗仅开放周四,需要洗护陪同服务的客人可微信或电话联系我们进行咨询。

Tomo Pet Spa Refund Policy

At Tomo Pet Spa, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that there may be times when you are not fully satisfied with a product or service. In such cases, we offer store credit in place of a direct refund. This credit can be used for future purchases or services at our store.

 

2. Returns and Store Credit for Products

 

Eligibility for Store Credit:

  1. Time Frame: Products must be returned within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for store credit.

  2. Condition of Items: Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were purchased.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process returns and issue store credit.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

 

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., pet food, treats)

  • Personal care items for pets (e.g., brushes, shampoos)

  • Opened or used products

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

 

3. Store Credit for Services

 

Service Satisfaction Guarantee:

 

If you are not satisfied with the grooming services provided, please notify us within 3 days. We will work with you to address your concerns and, if appropriate, issue store credit that can be applied to future services or products.

 

No Cash Refunds:

 

We do not offer cash refunds for services. Store credit will be the only form of compensation.

 

4. Process for Returns and Store Credit

 

To request a return or store credit, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit Our Store: Bring the product and the original receipt, or discuss your service concerns with us in person.

  2. Inspection: For product returns, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

  3. Approval: Once approved, store credit will be issued, which can be used for future purchases or services.

 

5. How Store Credit Works

  • Usage: Store credit can be used for any product or service offered at Tomo Pet Spa

  • Expiration: Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.

  • Non-Transferable: Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

6. Damaged or Defective Products

 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for an exchange or issue store credit.
